Return Policy

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Electronics must include all accessories and manuals. Apparel must have tags attached. Home goods must be unassembled and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items

 

- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Opened electronics (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged by the customer

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

 

1. Contact our support team via email or chat
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a return authorization and shipping label
4. Ship the item within 7 days of authorization
5. Refund processed within 5-10 business days

 

 

Refund Options

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is available for faster processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Partial refunds may apply for items returned in less than original condition.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

We offer exchanges for apparel (size/color) and home goods (color/style) subject to availability. Electronics exchanges are only available for defective units. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange per order.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No restocking fees apply for defective items.
